I am an energetic, transformational leader and entrepreneur passionate about growing and scaling businesses through commercial excellence and go-to-market strategies. I am a multi-time leader of large commercial transformation programs, including Commercial Excellence transformations, Quote-to-cash improvements, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) implementations, Customer Success commercial transformation, and overall revenue programs.  

I have a unique background with over 15 years of management and leadership positions in sales, client success, and services. This allows me to quickly impact any part of a commercial organization, focusing on tangible outcomes and sustainable change.

  • Transformation of large global charity organization’s infrastructure from on-premise hardware and software to cloud native technologies.
  • Transformation of a traditional Service Delivery organization into a commercial focused Customer Success organization.
  • Product management, creation of minimum viable product (MVP), and go-to-market for new servcies and products.
  • Various cost take out (CTO) programs, including office closure, labor arbitrage, reduction in force (RIF) and technology rationalization.
  • Financial and operational integration of acquired companies into existing technology landscape, transofrming business and sales processes.
  • Identifying and outsourcing of non-core business and operations, including business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Implementation and enhancement of technology and tools, including SFDC, Dynamics, Outreach, Seismic, Revegy, Oracle CPQ, FInancial Force, Planview.

Personal

I am based out of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where I live with my wife and our ‘staffy’. Outside of work I love to cook, play padel, go top-rope climbing and explore the wonders of our world.
